La noche cerrada y el misterio del mar son el marco de este barco de pescadores que parece navegar y oscilar por medio de la nada infinita. De pronto, como si el barco fuera despertándose poco a poco, pasamos de la lentitud, al vértigo, de redes y peces que agonizan, luego nuevamente el silencio abrumador, un lugar infinito construido como un mundo con leyes y ritmos propios del que nunca se sale. Y en ese marco, con la percepción sabia del que mira y espera, sin necesidad de presionar a la realidad, Caja Cerrada perfila un relato sobre el capitalismo y la muerte, sobre la alienación que avanza a través de una torre de babel de lenguas y experiencias inconexas. Es como si Caja Cerrada fuera la versión sombría de los tiempos que corren, desprovista del juego de la metáfora, y en la que la mecanización se hubiese vuelto, finalmente, natural.
